Questions about integrations
Does RankOtter need admin access to my website?
No. WordPress uses an application password with author or editor rights. Shopify and Webflow use their official app permissions for blog content only.
Is my Google data safe?
RankOtter only asks for read-only access to Search Console and Analytics. We never change your Google settings and you can disconnect at any time.
Can I publish as drafts first?
Yes. Choose live or draft per site, and change it whenever you like.
My website isn't on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow. Can I still use it?
Yes. Copy articles as clean HTML in one click, or send them to your own site with a webhook on Pro.
